Since entering real estate in 2019, Cassandre has built deep expertise in commercial and multifamily lending, working across mortgage origination and CMHC-insured financing. Through Cassandre Salomon Real Estate Consulting, she delivers CMHC multifamily underwriting training to mortgage professionals across the country, and has trained over 300 mortgage agents in CMHC multifamily principles — equipping them to navigate one of the most technical corners of commercial lending with confidence and precision.
